This coffee was harvested in Ethiopia's Chelchele region and is a mix of indigenous heirloom cultivars that have been naturally processed and dried on raised beds. This is organic coffee at it's finest. Flavor profiles of strawberry and blueberry are lightly acidic with a clean and vibrant finish. Our light roast lets you taste the freshness of the beans.
