This coffee has a rich, nutty flavor that is very tasty. I really enjoyed it.

The Guji region of Ethiopia is hot in the coffee world right now, and I think this is a great example of why. I definitely pick up on the strawberry and cocoa flavors with the latter giving a mild acidity to the brew. This is a pretty light roast (which is a good thing for this coffee) so I did use water just off boil to brew (pour-over). Overall this is an outstanding coffee!

This is a great example of Brazilian Santos. It definitely has the cocoa notes and good body as advertised. There is a good bit of acidity here which adds a pronounced citrus overtone to the cup, but it is not bitter. A great medium roast... thankful it is not too dark and over-roasted like some Brazilian Santos I have had. Really enjoyed this and will order again.

Great medium roast. Loved the hints of chocolate. I bought this ground, and it did seem fresh, but I would buy the whole beans next time so I could make a finer grind.

This coffee is really, really good! It was dark, very flavorful and great for pour overs and fresh press. I definitely would recommend it for those who love a strong cup of coffee!

Judging from the bloom while making pour over with these beans I'd say they were some of the freshest beans I've had. Fantastic cup, and beans were roasted just right... medium-dark and not burnt like some other roasters.
